As CEO and founder of LatentView, Venkat is the driving force and visionary behind LatentView. He has helped several Fortune 500 clients leverage an India-based offshore services delivery model in the financial services and telecom sectors for over a decade.

Venkat has over 18 years of experience in management consulting, technology and global IT services management. Before he founded LatentView, Venkat was part of the global leadership team for Cognizant’s Communications practice, where he was in charge of strategy and business development and worked closely with field sales teams in winning key global service provider clients and growing the business. LatentView has grown tremendously under his leadership. For the last four consecutive years, LatentView was identified as one of the fastest growing technology companies in India by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. He was recently presented with the “Ëntrepreneur of the Year Award” by CII Connect for his inspiring entrepreneurialism shown in leading LatentView through exponential growth.

When he’s not thinking about big data and analytics, Venkat indulges his passion for technological gadgets. He is also a value investor in the public markets.

Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT, Madras, and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
