(iv) Students whose home departments is EE or CSE can apply (without restriction on the area of
research to increase the pool of potential applicants)
(v)This program will be popular and competitive among students since it will offer a significant increase in the monthly stipend and more importantly it gives them name recognition as a designated MV Scholar which remains on their CV to help their future careers, and provides them with a community of MV Scholars.
