Unique Scholarship

The Unique Scholarship aims to inspire and incentivize high-achieving students who attain the top rank in JEE and consistently uphold a commendable CGPA throughout each semester. The selection process for these exceptional students is conducted exclusively by Department Heads and the Academic Section. The conclusive list of awardees will be communicated to the Office of Alumni and Corporate Relations.

3 AI.tech Emerging Scholars Program Scholarship (i) To support meritorious students belonging to parents/guardian of low-income groups who is pursuing the B.Tech/Dual Degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Engineering Physics in the 2nd Year and 3rd Year.
(ii) Renewal of scholarship for the subsequent years is subject to maintaining CGPA 8.0 and more

5 Ramesh Chandra Mody Comprehensive Scholarship (i) Based on top rank in JEE advanced exam, three fresh students will be identified.
(ii) Same student will renew automatically for four year
(iii) Out of the three scholarships one scholarship to a female student and two scholarship for male students

6 Deepak Memorial Scholarship (i) Based on top rank in JEE advanced exam, one student will be identified.
(ii) Renewal of scholarship for the subsequent years is subject to maintaining minimum CGPA of 8.0

7 Mr. R Ramanan Memorial Scholarship (i) Based on top rank in JEE advanced exam, one student will be identified.
(ii) The first year student will be either B.Tech/Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering
(iii) Renewal of scholarship for the subsequent years is subject to maintaining minimum CGPA of
8.0

8 Smt. Hattiangadi Manorama Bai Scholarship (i) Based on top rank in JEE advanced exam, one girl student will be identified.
(ii) Renewal of scholarship for the subsequent years is subject to maintaining minimum CGPA of 8.0

9 Ram Shriram Merit Scholarship (i) Based on top rank in JEE advanced exam
(ii) Renewal based on Minimum CGPA 8 by the end of previous academic year and student should not have any backlogs.
(iii) Recipients should not concurrently receive any other scholarship apart from Institute MCM.
(iv) Aim for a representation of 50% female recipients among Shriram Merit Scholars.
(v) Every year 14 Fresh students will be identified and 42 students in (2nd, 3rd and 4th year) will be renewed.
B.Tech/Dual Degree Below 8 Lakhs 1,20,000
10 Girish Reddy Scholarship (i) Based on top rank in JEE advanced exam, four student will be identified.
(ii) The scholarship renewal for subsequent years is contingent on maintaining a minimum CGPA of 8.0.

11 American Express Ambition Scholarship for Women in Sci.,Engg. &
Technology
(i) One B.Tech/DD girl student will be identified based on the highest JEE rank
(ii) Renewal of scholarship for the subsequent years is subject to maintaining minimum CGPA of 8.0

12 MARATHE FAMILY TECHNOLOGY FOR SOCIAL GOOD SCHOLARSHIP (i) One Dual Degree student who has developed or is in late stages of the process of developing a product or service which leverages the power of technology for social good.
(ii)The chosen student has to have a minimum CGPA of [6/10] to be eligible for the Scholarship.

13 MacDermid Alpha Scholarship (i) Top two students with highest CGPA in EE ; CH ; MM each department (Male or Female)
(ii) CGPA has to be 6 and above
(iii) Recipients of Central sector ST and SC scholarship and Institute SC/ST scholarship should not be considered as they receive hostel benefits from respective ministries.
B.Tech/Dual Degree Below 1 Lakh 70,000
14 Jayant Baliga Scholarship (i) One B.Tech. Student of Electrical Engineering Dept. with highest CGPA at the end of 2nd year
(ii) Another one student with highest CGPA at the end of 3rd year respectively will be identified.

15 Usha Krishnaswamy Scholarship (i) A girl student who scores the highest CGPA at the end of the first semester of M.Sc (Physics) will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 3000 per month (Rs. 36000 per year) for all the four semesters subject to the condition that she maintains a CGPA of 6.5 or above every semester, failing which the scholarship would be discontinued. Chemistry
(i) Every year top one student will be identified in M.Sc Chemistry departemtn based on the 1st year CGPA
(ii) Scholarship will be provided in the Second year

17 Kris Venkat Scholarship for Management Studies (i) The merit scholarship to a student who has secured highest CGPA at the end of the first semester (two quarters) in MBA programme.
(ii) Every year one student received this scholarship

18 Moganti Srinivas Scholarship fund (i) Students studying in the 7th semester or higher semester can apply for this scholarship
(ii) The Scholarship is to be awarded to a M.A student with CGPA of 7.0 and above at the end of the sixth semester.
(iii) Annual parental income not to exceed Rs. 4.5 Lakhs per annum
(iv) Due consideration will be given to economic background of the students.
(v) To be awarded in addition to the institute MCM Scholarship
(vi) Students can be selected based on the sustained Academic performance
(vii) Participated in the department and class activities
(viii) All round development and special ability (spiritual humanist, Philosophical or deep commitment) to the welfare of the society at large
(ix) No renewal, every year one fresh student to be identified
