Held Senior management positions in product development, customer management, R & D services, Competency development and Start up Leadership. Local and global exposure through senior management roles, Board positions, professional bodies, Academia and International conferences.

1. CII – Institute of Quality : April 2013 – August 2013. Mentored the Institute in Organisation development and in the Business Excellence vertical. 2. RuralShores Business Services : January 2014 – December 2014. Mentored the organisation in Business Process development & deployment and in Quality Management System development & deployment. Current Associations: 1. QuestForum, USA: From 2006. Member of India Hub Leadership team of the Society, to promote the objectives of the society in the propogation and deployment of TL 9000 Quality System and Business Excellence framework for the Telecom Industry world wide.
2. BSPIN : From 2013 : Member of Advisory Group of the Society, to promote the Process & Product Quality and Business Excellence in the Bangalore based IT organisations.
3. Test Yantra Software Solutions: From July 2017 : Mentoring the organisation for Business Excellence and Process Excellence towards turning a new Business unit profitable in operations.
4. Mentoring Individuals and Organisations through the professional networks of IIT Madras Alumni, College of Engineering Guindy Alumni, Wipro and ITI alumni etc, towards Entrepreneurship, Business and Operations guidance, Career guidance, Issue and Problem resolution, Quality and Business Excellence, Training and development through Pro-bono consulting.
