Dr. Sandeep Sibal is the Country Manager and V.P Business Development for Qualcomm India & South Asia. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras graduating with a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications Engineering in 1988. He has a M.S. from Rice University and a Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic University (RPI). He has worked at AT&T Bell Labs, co-founded a startup that developed user-interface technologies for smartphones, and was the Technology Advisor at Reliance Communications, prior to joining Qualcomm in 2008. He has 22 patents to his credit.
