SAE Foundation announced its annual awards for 2014 and Dr R.Mahadevan (1.036/59 mech) received the LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD this year for extraordinary contribution to Automobile Industry and Automotive profession.

The award was given away on 30th July in a glittering function in New Delhi where Mr Vikram Kirloskar SIAM President, Mr Chibber, Secretary, Ministry of Surface Transport and Dr Dan Hncock SAE International President were the guests of honor.

Dr Mahadevan is only the second person to receive this prestigious award.
