IIT recruitment 2020 for engineers with a good academic record is being conducted at IIT Madras for two temporary junior research fellow vacancies
IIT recruitment 2020 is being conducted at IIT Madras at present for two temporary project vacancies wherein candidates will be engaged for a period of one year, which is extendable. The junior research fellow vacancies are available in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and engineers can apply for the same online. Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 31,000 per month.

Who can Apply for IIT Recruitment 2020 at IIT Madras?
The notification issued on the IIT Madras website says that there are a total of two JRF vacancies under the project titled “Cost Effective Eye Tracking Approaches to Analyze Human-Machine-Interface in Nuclear Power Plants” for which the qualifications required are as follows:

• BTech or MTech in Chemical Engineering, with minimum 80% marks in preceding exam as well as National Eligibility Tests qualification such as CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
• BTech or MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with minimum 80% marks in preceding exam well as National Eligibility Tests qualification such as CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.

Furthermore, it is desirable for candidates to have experience in coding using Matlab or Python, prior exposure to process control and knowledge of eye tracking. The positions are available on contract basis, and may be extended based on the performance of the candidates.
