New Delhi: Online grocery company Grofers on Tuesday announced that it has inducted a batch of 60 campus hires from premier institutions across India. According to the company, it has honoured all offers to campuses even at a time when pay cuts and job losses are on the rise.
Grofers has already initiated the virtual onboarding processes of the new hires. It believes that the addition of young talent from the campus hiring will foster innovation and creative thinking within the organisation, according to a statement.
Some of the B-schools and Engineering colleges from which Grofers has hired people include Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, Management Development Institute (MDI), Mudra Institute of Communication (MICA), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU, National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), IIIT Allahabad, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Vellore Institute of Technology, Institute of Rural Management – Anand (IRMA), and Symbiosis Nashik.
