Shri. Gopal is Managing Director of Chemplast Sanmar Ltd. He is also responsible for all Chemical Businesses of Sanmar Group in India.

Gopal holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

He has varied experience in Marketing, Projects and General Management and has set up Green Field Projects in different Industry Segments in India and abroad.

Gopal is Regional Chairman – South of Indian Chemical Council and Past President of Madras Management Association. He serves on many other State and National Committees.
